1. Ticket Purchases
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as outlined in our cancellation policies.
• Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Rising Tide Music & Arts Festival Inc.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
• We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event for any reason, including weather conditions, public health concerns, or other force majeure events.
• In the case of event cancellation due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), refunds or credits will be provided at our discretion and in accordance with our policies.
• If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.

By attending the festival, you agree to:
• Respect all event staff, artists, attendees, and the venue
• Follow all posted and announced rules, including health and safety protocols
• Refrain from any unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates these terms or poses a safety risk, without refund.
